Instruction

  • Start from Standing in fabric
  • Take right leg out to side and wrap it around in front
  • Curl toes around fabric
  • Kick right leg out to side and wrap fabric around foot
  • Left leg comes straight down in front of fabric hanging down
  • Bring hammock behind lower back
  • Hold on with right hand by lower back
  • Arch back and grab left foot with right hand
