Cha Cha Slide


  • Stand in front of fabric
  • Wrap hands 2 times
  • Lift both knees on beat two times
  • Lift one knee up low up high, reverse
  • Turn legs to the left, then right (slide to the left…)
  • Criss cross legs 2 times on (criss cross)
  • Wiggle down to floor on instrumetal


  • Keep core tight
