Circus Seat Flip

Instruction
• Start in Circus Seat (see xxx)
• Change grip to elbows up, palms facing the back of the room
• Lean forward, tuck head, and flip all the way around
• Pull up to starting position
• This works best going fast to gain momentum

• This takes a lot of upper body strength
