Flying Buddha

• Take one foot in fabric
• Slide fabric up to the top of the thigh
• Bend right knee toward the body
• Crawl thru center of fabric including shoulders
• Extend left leg out straight and stretch
• Option to bring bottom leg up and cross it over the right leg
• If steady, bring arms to prayer
• To come out, take left leg to floor and uncover right leg and release to floot
• Be careful to move slowly and gently so as to not overstretch
