Flying Splits 2

  • Start in saddle pose
  • Pull hammock out and put heels in each side
  • Bend knees, hold onto center pole and pull up to a squatting position
  • Knees come out of the fabric
  • Stand up holding onto center pole
  • Take legs out to straddle splits and then come up (repeat)
