Mission Impossible

• Place fabric at hip bones
• Walk forward as far as possible
• Lock fabric at hips
• Place arms behind you as high as possible on fabric
• Lift legs off floor and arch back. Keep head high
• When you are feeling steady try to let go of hands and balance
• Only attempt this if you feel that you have your balance under control
• If you start to fall forward, bring feet to floor
