Pike headstand/handstand

• Start in Plank position (see xxx)
• Lift hips to a 90 degree angle
• Keep abs engaged
• Take one leg up to ceiling
• With help of a spotter, take other leg up to ceiling
• Keep body tight
• Take one leg back into fabric at a time
• Return to plank position
• It may be helpful to place hands around headfor support
• This can be done on hands for handstand or on elbows for headstand
• Get a spotter to help you with this in the beginning
