Side plank

  • Start Standing behind fabric
  • Put one leg in fabric and pull it up to thigh
  • Turn to face side
  • Hold on to edge of fabric while leaning down to floor
  • Put one hand on floor
  • Take bottom leg out on floor straight in line with top leg
  • Try to lift bottom leg off floor
  • Let go of top hand if possible and raise arm
