  • Stand facing the side of the hammock
  • Take one leg over to floor
  • Grab fabric from behind in the middle
  • Pull 1/2 of the fabric to the right under the thigh
  • Pull the other 1/2 to the left under the thigh and sit down
  • Pull fabric out under legs and get heels in fabric
  • bend knees and bring bottoms of feet together


  • Keep core tight and don’t over stretch
