Spider Man Sequence

  • Start in back straddle
  • Wrap legs for spider man
  • Take one leg side and behind back for Chandelier.  Grab foot
  • Reverse
  • Handstand
  • Climb up to circus seat
  • Push legs down
  • Lower hands to hips
  • Lean back and flip over.  Make sure to hold on tight.  Arch back.
  • Let go and you will flip to the floor
  • Make sure there is head clearance before doing this
