- Start in back straddle
- Wrap legs for spider man
- Take one leg side and behind back for Chandelier. Grab foot
- Reverse
- Handstand
- Climb up to circus seat
- Push legs down
- Lower hands to hips
- Lean back and flip over. Make sure to hold on tight. Arch back.
- Let go and you will flip to the floor
- Make sure there is head clearance before doing this
