Warrior 2

Instruction
• Start with Warrior 1 position (see xxx)
• Turn hips ¼ turn to face the side wall
• Turn right foot to a 45 degree angle
• Bend front knee to 90 degrees
• Make sure knee does not go past toes
Safety
• Hold on and keep core tight to maintain balance
• Move slowly and gently to not overstretch
