Aerial Yoga Beginner

Aerial Yoga Beginner is a type of Yoga which uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. This class is for anyone who wants to increase flexibility, decrease back pain, improve muscle tone and strength. It is super FUN and helps you to feel relaxed and like a kid again!  We recommend taking the beginner class before the regular Aerial Yoga class.
