My goal was to lose weight but I got a lot more from these sessions. I’ve lost around 12 pounds, I can fit my pre-pregnancy clothes and I look great. My arms and legs are toned and I’ve been getting complements from my husband and other family members and friends. Additionally, I feel energetic and strong.
