  • Stand in hammock
  • Bring Left shoulder in front
  • Turn body to the side
  • Turn toes on the left foot to the front
  • Turn toes on the right foot to the back
  • Slide down to a seated position
  • Hold on with both hands above your head
  • Straighten legs and body to a straight line (Coffin)
  • Take head to the left side of the pole
  • Arch back and hook the left leg around the pole.  You need to slide down on your shoulder a little bit
  • Repeat
