Inverted Butterfly 2

• Start Seated in Hammock knees open feet together
• Hold onto fabric high and pull yourself up to your knees
• Push Hips forward. Grab fabric from back and put over shoulders Wrap elbows. Make sure shoulders are covered. Lean forward and go upside down. You can flip legs thru the middle afterwards.

• Get a spotter to help you with this in the beginning
