Instruction
- Start from Standing in fabric
 - Take right leg out to side and wrap it around in front
 - Curl toes around fabric
 - Kick right leg out to side and wrap fabric around foot
 - Left leg comes straight down in front of fabric hanging down
 - Bring hammock behind lower back
 - Hold on with right hand by lower back
 - Arch back and grab left foot with right hand
