Body of the Class

Section 3 (After the warm up) – about 15 minutes

• There are many options for sequencing your class and you need to consider the level of your students and
adapt your class based on the participants
• I typically ease into the class with the moderate activities before I go into the more strenuous activities. I would
choose from the following for this section:

• Standing stretches
• At the Hips
• Rib Hangs
• Toning Moves
• Fun
• Seated Poses
