Catapillar and leg lift and spinal twist

  • Start sitting on edge of fabric
  • Bring back of fabric up over your head
  • Put both feet in opposite edge of fabric
  • Straighten out body
  • Pull fabric underneath arm pits
  • Drop and lift hips squeezing glutes
  • Release one leg and do leg lifts on one side and switch
  • Bend knee and take it across your body for a spinal twist
  • Reverse all
