Cross back Pose

Instruction

  • Stand in front of fabric
  • Lean forward arms up
  • Take one leg out front
  • Wrap that foot to the back between the leg and the hammock
  • Slide fabric behind hip
  • Bring same foot thru middle and to the front
  • Take hammock out to the side
  • Lean back for cross back inversion
