Infinity Sequence 2

  • Start getting into infinity seat. When hanging upside down. Turn both knees to one side and pull up
  • Put both hands on one side and spin around bringing leg thru fabric and out to a gazelle pose
  • Release foot and straigten leg into infinity seat
  • Front flip or back flip
  • Dismount by flipping backwards legs wide. Slide down to hip hang and then come to floor
