Instruction
- Stand facing the side of the hammock
 - Take one leg over to floor
 - Grab fabric from behind in the middle
 - Pull 1/2 of the fabric to the right under the thigh
 - Pull the other 1/2 to the left under the thigh and sit down
 - Pull fabric out under legs and get heels in fabric
 - bend knees and bring bottoms of feet together
 
Safety
- Keep core tight and don’t over stretch
