Instruction
• Start with right foot in fabric at ankle height
• Raise arms high
• Go up on toes on the left foot
• Slide right foot forward keeping both legs straight
• Slide out as far as possible without overstretching
• Pull arms back to return to starting position
Safety
• Keep core tight and hold on to maintain balance
• Beginners may not be able to stretch very far and may want to opt out of this one
